1. Reporting
Send the page URL, quoted passage, reason for concern and supporting source to the editorial address.
2. Assessment
We test whether the issue concerns fact, reasoning, ambiguity, outdated context or disagreement about judgment.
3. Material changes
A material factual or interpretive correction is noted on the article with a clear description of what changed.
4. Minor changes
Spelling, grammar, formatting and accessibility improvements that do not alter meaning may be made silently.
5. Timing
Requests are prioritised by potential harm and relevance. We do not promise a fixed response period.
6. Records
Correction correspondence and change notes may be retained to preserve editorial accountability, subject to applicable law.
7. Appeals
A reader may reply with additional evidence. Editorial disagreement alone does not require a correction, but uncertainty may be clarified.
